Jeroen Van den Bosch
Founder / Chief Creative Officer / Chairman of the Board
Jeroen made his creative debut in 1996 when he launched the very first online gaming community in Belgium. This community quickly became one of the most popular websites in Belgium and won multiple awards during it’s eight year run. Jeroen then focused on the development side of video games, working as game designer on multiple RPG games.
After 20 years of success as a product manager on several award winning online gaming platforms, communities, and mobile games, Jeroen decided to focus exclusively on virtual reality after meeting Oculus VR founder Palmer Lucky and demoing the first duct-taped prototype of the Oculus Rift in the summer of 2012.

In addition to being an accomplished musician and designer, Ciaran has over 20 years of diverse executive-level startup and operational experience within a variety of entrepreneurial, high-technology and market-making businesses, including holding positions as Founder, CEO, COO and Board Member.
In 1994, he founded one of the first digital marketing and web development firms on the internet. Its client base grew to over 400 clients over the next ten years, to include such notables as NTT/Verio, AT&T, Mail Boxes, Etc., Hughes Raytheon, Disney, and Kodak. During this time, Ciaran also raised a $6MM Series-A commitment for the first personal and corporate security and safety community websites on the internet and was instrumental in negotiations that resulted in many exclusives with vendors in the space (including an exclusive marketing agreement with one of the nation's largest insurance firms).
Ciaran has been involved with numerous startups in various capacities as founder and investor and in roles such as business development, sales & marketing, product development and fundraising. He has served as past President and Chair Emeritus of Tech Coast Venture Network, as well as holding positions on the Board of Directors of Web Wise Kids, as Advisor to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and on the Orange County Sheriff/Coroner's Technology Advisory Council (T.A.C)
Ciaran holds a degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine.

Bob has over 30 years of executive level experience leading the development and execution of corporate initiatives, implementing and managing sales and operations departments, and has worked with companies to develop their strategic focus and growth. He has held the positions of CEO, COO, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP Business Development, and Board Member. Bob has both started and been involved in the development of eleven start-ups and emerging growth and turnaround businesses, being one of the first to integrate IT into healthcare. He has guided numerous successful ventures that have led to acquisitions.
At DispenseSource, Bob was the first investor and helped to build the foundation and organizational culture, as well as leading the charge to raise $10 million in their series-A funding. Bob was a member of the executive management team at Pyxis Corporation, which was acquired by Cardinal Healthcare in 1996 for just under $1 billion. In a turnaround effort at Pancretec, he restructured the sales team and distribution model, creating eight consecutive quarters of growth and profitability. The company was sold after 24 months to Abbott Laboratories for approximately $60 million, based on revenues of < $4 million. Bob has also worked for ROLM Telecommunications (IBM), Boston Scientific, EON Reality (3D Virtual Reality Software) among others, as well as helping to advise founders in starting dozens of companies. He was the Co-Founder and COO of RealSim Medical (a division of EON Reality), creating Virtual Reality educational and training software for medical procedures.
Bob’s degree is in Marketing from the University of South Florida, and an MBA is in progress.
Renee Van den Bosch
Renee has over 10 years of executive-level experience in brand creation and bringing products to market. Renee has held positions of COO and VP of Marketing. Successfully launching two e-commerce brands with international distribution and offshore customer management, Renee was responsible for product material sourcing and supervising international manufacturing partners while working extensively with product placement agencies, celebrities, and industry influencers to generate consumer awareness for new product launches.

Dana is a recognized authority in the areas of entertainment business and legal affairs. Over the past 34 years, Dana has held mid- and senior-level business and legal affairs positions with a variety of major entertainment and media companies, including CBS Entertainment, ICM, Arthur Co. & Associates, Scripps Howard Productions, MGM, Universal Films, Pearson Television, Disney/ABC Cable Networks Group and Shout! Factory, a leading music and home video distribution company.
Dana also served on the faculty of Whittier School of Law as an adjunct professor of entertainment law, and has also served as an expert witness for companies such as ABC Television.
Dana received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and his law degree from California Western School of Law. He is a member of the California State Bar.
Colin has had over thirty years financial management experience in the entertainment business. After starting his career as a Chartered Accountant in Public Accounting in South Africa, he moved to Los Angeles and passed the CPA exam while serving as a Supervising Auditor at Warner Communications (WCI). At WCI, he performed operational and financial reviews of the Cable, Film, Music and Video Games divisions.
Colin then served as Controller for Atlantic Records and Cinema Group (a film investment and IMAX production entity), Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Virgin Records America, and SVP/CFO at Rhino Entertainment, a division of Warner Music Group. He later served as SVP of Business Strategy at Rhino, where his responsibilities included the evaluation of major acquisition and licensing deals. He served as interim CFO at NXTM, a new digital technology artist platform, where he developed business models to successfully obtain funding for this start-up.
He received two Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Economics and Business Economics from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, where he is a Chartered Accountant. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in California.
Senior 3D Animator
As an award winning film maker, Jacob has worked in every area of the Computer Graphics Industry; Feature Films, TV, Commercials, Cinematics, Games, & Shorts. Some of the many titles he's worked on include: Oz the Great & Powerful, Men in Black 3, God of War, Horton hears a who, Jimmy Neutron, Coca-Cola Commercials, & A Gentlemen's Duel. He has taught at multiple universities with rave reviews as well as presented at conferences around the globe.
Senior 3D Environment Artist
Damien Evans began his career in the gaming industry at Sony interactive. After earning his bachelors in Game Art and Design, Damien went on to work at Incinerator Studios, InXile, Trion, Carbine, and Impulse Gear. He has shipped numerous titles ranging from Planescape Torment and Baldurs Gate to Hunted the Demons Forge, Rift, Defiance and Wildstar (to name a few). Evans is passionate about building worlds for players to experience.
Senior Technical Artist
Giovanni Mendoza has an expansive career in the gaming industry. He began at Spark Unlimited on the successful title Last Planet 3 as a Jr. Environment Artist. He then move to Digital Domain as a Cinematic Artist/Technical Director, working on Unreal Engine Game commercials, trailers, and in game cinematics for several games, including Borderlands 2, Hawken, and other AAA games. Giovanni then went to work at Riot Games as a Technical Artist, and eventually came back to Digital Domain.
QA and Level Designer
After graduating from UNC: Charlotte, Alex moved to the West Coast to pursue his dream of creating video games. Since then, Alex has held Quality Assurance positions at Ready at Dawn and Atlus. His passion for creating games is matched by his passion for all things virtual reality. Alex is active in the Orange County VR community and won two OCVR hackathons. Aside from playing and creating games/experiences, Alex enjoys hiking and mountain biking.

Mr. McGrath's career includes numerous successful early stage financing transactions including: Foundation Partners which created a discounted municipal bond fund, CDR Business Solutions which created an automated valuation modeling product for the residential real estate market and produced a product dubbed RELAR (Real Estate Liquidity Analysis Reporting), CleanGas Fuels partnership structuring, Pacer Power which created an online exchange for trading of energy contracts with a second exchange developed for Harbor Investments, and Providers Guaranty which created a guaranteed receivable insurance product for US healthcare providers. After managing a 10 state region for AVCO Financial Services, Mr. McGrath founded Cascade Funding a regional mortgage banking firm that was sold to a division of CenTrust Bank.
Mr. McGrath is an Alumni of the University of Northern Colorado.

DAVID J. MCNEIL
David has been a producer for Group W Westinghouse Broadcasting, United Artists Entertainment and now, Time-Warner. Currently, David is the Executive Producer for the shows: EyeOnBusiness; Innovation; The Berkus Report; FACETStelevision; In The Judges' Chamber; Orange County Most Wanted; Ask Dino Show and EyeOn Entertainment, currently airing on Time-Warner Cable on the West Coast and on the East Coast on Cablevision, Cox, Verizon and across the Internet.
David holds memberships and participates in Mensa International, American Mensa Society, MENSAprocess Think Tank, American Marketing Association, and is past President of the professional business fraternity founded on business ethics, Delta Sigma Pi. David was nominated and accepted as a Universal Ambassador of the Ambassadorial Society of America.
David has held positions in risk management consulting and sales with both the insurance company and brokerage sides of the business.
He is a Lead Mentor and on the advisory board for the Chapman University Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics a program under the George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics.
Mr. McNeil is also an active Angel Investor as part of Tech Coast Angels, and very active in both the Orange County and Inland Empire entrepreneurial communities. He has held various committee positions for TechAmerica, Tech Coast Angels (TCA), and Tech Coast Venture Network (TCVN).
Alan has more than 20 years of industry experience, having held business, management, and technical positions at both Fortune 500 companies and small startups. Most recently, Alan was responsible for Gear VR content partnership at Samsung Electronics America. Alan was instrumental in procuring 360 immersive content from the likes of Dreamworks, Vevo, and M-Go towards the successful launch of Gear VR at the 2014 IFA in Berlin. A firm believer in mobile VR/AR, Alan has been actively building the content ecosystem for Samsung, working closely with major studios as well as 3rd party game and experience developers. Prior to VR, Alan was managing video content partnership for Samsung Mobile and Visual Display device platforms.
Alan’s entrepreneurial background spans across several startups. In 2004, Alan cofounded Brilliant Telecom with four partners, and helped raise $18 million on its serial B and C rounds. After the company was sold to Juniper Networks, Alan joined Netflix, and was in charge of its device and silicon partnership. During his tenure at Netflix, Alan’s team managed to get the Netflix steaming engine embedded in almost all the smart TVs and Blu-Ray players in North America, resulting in millions of happy customers.
Alan holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Texas-Austin, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, both in Electrical Engineering.
Mike is a production and motion designer, currently doing postgraduate research concerning design for ergonomic user interfaces in virtual reality applications. Mike is working on his Masters of Arts from Ravensbourne and currently holds a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) in Digital Media as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Digital Communications Technology from Utah Valley University.
Diane Buckley-Altwies has been managing software development projects for nearly 30 years as a program manager or project manager. She has co-authored three books: Achieve PMP® Exam Success: A Concise Study Guide for the Busy Project Manager, Achieve CAPM® Exam Success, A Concise Study Guide and Desk Reference, and Program Management Professional: A Certification Study Guide with Best Practices for Maximizing Business Results.
She continues to teach and consult for organizations on various program management, project management, process improvement and business analysis topics and develops advanced courseware topics for project managers. In 2013 Diane was honored as a Fellow of PMI Orange County, CA.
She is a PMP and has an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a BA in Production Management, both from the University of South Florida.
